Cleaning the Printhead
Clean the printhead every time you load a new label roll
into the printer.
1. Turn the printer off.
2. Press the cover release buttons (on both sides of
the printer) towards the front of the printer. Lift
open the cover.
3. Gently rub the cleaning pen across the printhead.
4. Allow the printhead to dry for 1 minute before
closing cover and resume printing.
