Mounting the RMX 1500 in a Rack
There are two methods for installing the RMX in a 19” or 23” rack:
• Using the chassis runners on
the RMX 1500
— Install the chassis runners provided by Polycom in the rack using
th
e screws supplied by the rack manufacturer; two screws per
chassis runner.
— Mount the RMX 15
00 on top of the chassis runners.
— Fasten the RM
X to the rack with screws through the four holes in
the RMX’s front mounting brackets.
Chassis runners are 60cm (23.62”) in length. If your rack depth is different, a
shelf can be used instead.
