Step 1: Unpack Your SuperTrak
When you receive the SuperTrak Serial ATA (SATA) RAID Controller card, the
package should contain the items listed below:
• SuperTrak EX4350 Controller card
•
Quick Start Guide
• Four 1.0m (39-inch) SATA disk drive data cables
• Two Y power splitter cables
• CD with Drivers, Web-Based Promise RAID Management (WebPAM)
software,

If any of the items are missing or appear damaged, please contact your dealer or
distributor immediately.
Warning
The electronic components on the SuperTrak RAID Controller
card are sensitive to damage from Electro-Static Discharge (ESD).

SuperTrak card or its subassemblies.
