6.6 Android Open Accessory
To use the functions described in this chapter, you need to install the Demokit Application in
your Android device.

6.6.1 Starting the Demokit Application
1. Start up the Android device that has been installed with the Demokit Application.
2. Connect the USB Standard-A connector to the USB Micro-B connector of the Android
device via the USB cable included this product.
3. This product will be recognized as an Android accessory and the Demokit Application
will start automatically.
* In the Demokit Application, the default temperature display setting is configured in
Fahrenheit. To change the display mode to Celsius (°C), it is necessary to configure the
Demokit Application.
6.6.2 Demokit Application Operations
1. Data transmission from this product to the Android device
(1) Using the joystick on this product
- The cursor of the Demokit Application moves accordingly.
