Use a CLEAN, DRY CLOTH to clean the print cartridge contacts
inside the printer.

Reinstall the print cartridges, then close the cartridge door.

Plug the power cord back to the AC outlet.
Replacing Print Cartridges
Your product is a dual cartridge inkjet printer. You must use a
colour and a black (or photo) ink cartridge.
There are two types in the black and the colour cartridge by the
yield: Standard and High yield. Before proceeding to install, you
need to check which cartridge type you have. When you install the
cartridges, you will be asked if it is Standard or High Yield. To find
out the type, refer to the table below.
