SETTING UP FOR Macintosh
To use this printer with your computer, the printer driver should be installed onto your
computer's hard drive. In this chapter, you will learn how to install them and how to use the
Online Manual.
The following term is used in this chapter.
CD-ROM
Means the supplied CD-ROM with the AJ-2200 software.
Be sure to read the Readme file before installing the printer driver.
To open the Readme file, double-click the each location in the following order:
CD-ROM - Readme folder - English folder - Readme.
HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS
Check the following hardware and software requirements in order to install the AJ-2200
printer driver.
INSTALLING THE PRINTER DRIVER
The AJ-2200 printer driver is provided on a CD-ROM.

Make sure that the printer is connected to your computer by
USB cable.

Turn on the printer, and then turn on your computer.

Insert the supplied CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive.

Double-click the CD-ROM ( ) icon on the desktop.

Double-click the "Installer" ( ) icon.

Operating system Mac OS 8.5.1 - 9.x
Display 640 x 480dots (VGA) or better
Hard disk free space 10MB or more
Other requirement for hardware An environment on which any of the operating
