Removing a memory module
To remove a memory module, proceed as follows:
1 Shut down your computer.
2 Disconnect all peripheral devices.
3 Unplug the computer and remove the battery pack.
4 Wait until the computer cools down.
5 Turn your computer upside down.
6 Open the cover on the bottom by unscrewing the screws (turn counterclockwise).
7 To remove the memory module, pull the tabs in the direction of the arrows 1.
The memory module is released.
8 Pull the memory module in the direction of arrow 2.
9 Close the cover.
10 Gently tighten the screws.
