Broadcom Onboard LAN Windows driver
installation
If Windows cannot find new hardware, the driver can be installed through
the following steps:
Windows XP
1. Insert SOYO CD into CDROM.
2. Click
Start-->Control Panel-->system-->hardware-->device
manager.
3. You will see a "! Ethernet Controller" under unknown device.
4. Right click "! Ethernet Controller" and then update driver.
5. Choose Install the software automatically (Recommended).
6. Windows will detect the driver automatically. During installation, Win
XP will prompt you "The driver has not passed windows logo testing to
verify it's compatibility with Windows XP", just click "continue
anyway".
7. Follow the system prompt to finish the installation, and restart the
computer.
Windows 2000
1. Insert SOYO CD into CDROM.
2. Click Start-->Settings-->Control Panel-->system-->device manager.
3. You will see a "! Ethernet Controller" under unknown device.
4. Double click "! Ethernet Controller"-->Reinstall Driver, click
"Next".
