OUTLINE
The <CR> code is valid when the memory switch 3-1 = 1 (set to 0
at exfactory). When the <CR> code is valid, setting the memory
switch 3-0 will cause the <CR> to function as shown in the table
below.

MSW 3-1 = 0 Ignored (at exfactory)
MSW 3-1 = 1
MSW 3-0 = 0 Same as <LF>
MSW 3-0 = 1 Prints only. No paper feed
