4.2.2. Ad just the flap switch
Re move the con nect ing plug “flap switch”
from the con nec tion hous ing of the hop per.
Con nect an ohm me ter to PINS 1 and 4 of
the con nect ing plug “flap switch”.
Re lease the nuts (A) of the flap switch (B)
un til the sup port can be dis placed.
Open the out let flap (C) so far that the front
tip of the out let flap is approx. 35-40 mm
(1.48-1.67 in.) away from the seal ing sur -
face.
Dis place the flap switch (B) un til the con -
tact of the mag net switch is closed.
Tighten the nuts (A) of the flap switch.
Check the ad just ment:
In case of free hang ing out let flap (emp ty
hop per loader) the con tact of the mag net
switch must be closed.
If the out let flap can not be prop erly ad justed, re place the flap switch or the out let flap with mag net.
In stall the hop per.
