Activate and deactivate
Secure Rx
You can also activate the Secure Rx
mode outside the set period, if for in-
stance staff leave the office early. You
can also deactivate the Secure Rx mode
at any time (assuming that you know the
security code) in order to obtain a printout
of the saved documents. The Secure Rx
mode is then deactivated for the rest of
the day. If the appropriate settings are
used, this facility is again activated auto-
matically at midnight.
If you wish to reactivate Secure
Rx within a specific period,
please follow the steps set out
on page 23.
Activate Secure Rx permanently
(without time restriction)
Standby mode
Open the one-touch dial cover
Press the Shift key and then the
corresponding function key
Make your selection
1. for unlimited Secure Rx mode
2. Deactivate Secure Rx mode
Select a menu item
The Secure Rx mode is now permanently
activated without any time restriction.
This mode can be set only if
Secure Rx has been configured
(see page 23).
