Resend (retained job)
If your fax machine is set to retain a job
(see page 100) you can resend this job by
the following procedure.
Because an incomplete job is frequently
attributable to a wrongly entered fax
number, the fax number can also be
changed.
The criteria applicable for a “fresh” job
are applicable for the newly activated job.
Standby mode
Open the one-touch dial cover
Press the Shift key and then the
corresponding function key *
Make your selection
for selecting the required job
The first available retained job is
displayed.
Please refer to page 56 for details of the
job format.
Select the job which you wish to
activate.
Confirm with START
Make your selection
for retransmitting/changing the held job
Selection 1: Job is activated
unchanged
Selection 2: Change the current
fax number
If changed:
Original fax number can be overwritten.
Confirm with START
*) If no job is retained, the following
error message is display:
*) If the “retained job” function is not
