Reception trailer (RTI)
You can activate the reception trailer
facility to ensure that reception of a
document is precisely documented. The
RTI is printed at the bottom of the
incoming copy, and contains the current
reception data such as time and date of
reception as well as the IDs of the
transmitter and receiver.
Please note that, when the
reception trailer is activated, the
inbound fax is always reduced
before being printed out.

Permanent monitoring
When a fax transmission is monitored, the
call establishment attempt is played back
via the built-in speaker. This means that
you have an additional acoustic check for
monitoring the call establishment
procedure. This facility is useful whenever
a connection is not established. This is
frequently due to a wrong number or a fax
machine that is not ready to receive.
In this setting,
