Installing System Memory
Your system has four 184-pin DIMM (Dual In-line Memory Module) sockets to support
a maximum of 4 GB. You must follow these requirements for the DIMM to be used with
the system:
l Unbuffered DDR-SDRAM (Double Data Rate Synchronous DRAM) with ECC
l PC2100/PC2700/PC3200-compliant
l 2.5 V
Follow this procedure to install a DIMM:
1. Open the cabinet cover (see previous section).
2. Locate the DIMM sockets.
