Unstable operation

● Are two or more CD writing software programs installed on your
computer?
Installing two or more CD writing software programs on a computer
sometimes makes its operation unstable. (The CD writing software
programs that came with the CRW-70 drive can be used together without
a problem.)

● Is the disc dusty or dirty?
Remove dust or dirt from the disc, using an air spray or by wiping with a
dry, soft cloth. To avoid damage, always wipe the disc gently in a
direction perpendicular to the edge of the disc.

● Your CD writing software does not recognize the CRW-70 drive.
In order for CD writing software to recognize your drive, it must support
the CRW-70 drive. Contact the manufacturer of your CD writing
software to see whether the software supports the CRW-70 drive.
