Select Start on the task bar, then Settings, Control Panel, System, and Device
Manager tab. The Device Manager dialog box appears.
For Windows Me, if the System icon is not found in the Control Panel window, click
view all Control Panel options on the left side of the window.

Check that the following icons are shown.
a:
“YAMAHA CRW-F1E” in the “CDROM” item.
b:
“USB CD-ROM” in the “Storage device” item.
c:
“USB Mass Storage Device” in the “Universal Serial Bus controllers” item.
Install the CD writing software. For details about installing the CD writing software,
refer to the instruction for it.
