Bonding negotiation determined the far-end unit is not another
ISU. (Asynchronous rates can only be supported between two
ADTRAN ISUs when Rev. 0 Bonding Mode 1 is selected. Rev. 1
Bonding Mode 1 will interoperate with other vendor terminal
adapters in asynchronous DTE operation.)
