E1 INTERFACE CONFIGURATION COMMAND SET
To activate the E1 Interface Configuration mode, enter the interface e1 command (and specify the E1
port) at the Global Configuration mode prompt. For example:
>enable

configure terminal
(config)#
interface e1 1/1
(config-e1 1/1)#
