4 If the card doesn’t have a
hook, pass the external
connector through the
opening in the access
cover.
5 Insert the card into the
communications slot. If
it meets resistance, pull
the card out and
reinsert the connector.
Press solidly into place.
6 Check the connection by
lifting the card gently.
If it resists and stays in
place, it is solidly
connected.
