Install System 7.5.3
Perform the following procedures for installing System 7.5.3
for Education Power Macintosh customers only, unless
customers specifically request no installation.
Note: Give the Macintosh 5xxx, 6xxx System 7.5 v 2.0
Update Service CD to Performa customers so they can
perform their own installation.
1 Start up the unit.
2 Insert the Macintosh 5xxx, 6xxx System 7.5 v 2.0
Update Service CD in the CD-ROM drive.
3 Restart the unit while holding down the C key.
4 Release the C key when you see the Welcome screen.
Note: You will automatically be routed to the Disk First
Aid screen.
