Allows you to enable or disable AMD Cool’n’Quiet function.

Enable this feature will let your system utilize the AMD specic ACPI states to save power

SVM [Enabled]
Enable AMD virtualization in CPU. This secure virtual mode will let you run multiple OS
(guest) on the same physical hardware by decoupling OS and physical hardware with the
hypervisor layer.
