“My Favorite” List
“ My Favorite”
List
The “My Favorite” list will show your favorite
Print Servers. You can find the Print Server’s
information including its name, MAC ID, IP
address, and any connected devices.

Refresh
Refreshes the Print Server List immediately.
Connect
Allows printer connection to your computer.
Disconnect
Disconnects the selected MFP.
Delete
Deletes the selected Print Server from the “My
Favorite” list.

To avoid occupying the printer for too long, you
can set up an idle-timeout setting. It is used
to disconnect the current connection after the
printer is idle for a specified period of time.
By default, there is no timeout setting. We
recommend that you enable an idle-timeout
setting after the printer and Print Server are
installed completely so that the printer resource
will not be occupied easily.
Auto Connect List
To let the system occupy the Print Server automatically when you
want to print a document, just like the behavior of using a traditional
print server, you can add the printer into your Auto Connect List. The
system will send the printing jobs to the printer when the Print Server
is idle and there is no connection.
