TROUBLESHOOTING AND MAINTENANCE
PAPER ROLL EMPTY
The paper roll is empty; follow the instructions in Installation to replace the
paper roll.
PRINTER FAULT
The recording head has overheated. Unplug the machine and wait 30
minutes for it to cool.
PRINTER JAM
The fax paper is jammed in the printer.
Follow the instructions for CUTTER JAM, see page 69.
SCANNER ERROR
Try cleaning the white bar and the glass under the bar with isopropyl
alcohol.

Recording Paper Jam
If something was placed in front of your fax machine, during printing the
recording paper may become jammed. To roll out the jammed paper, follow
the instructions for CUTTER JAM, see page 69.
