Key Features
Cisco CallManager Attendant Console includes the following key features:
Loop keys Provides for simultaneous management of all lines available on
the associated IP phone.
Line statusDisplays icons to show these line states:
Handset with 3 dashesThe line is idle.
Handset with up arrowA call is ringing on the line.
Handset with down arrowThe line has a call on hold.
Handset with two-way arrowsThe line is busy.
Handset with question markThe line state is unknown.
ToolbarProvides configurable function keys for logging in or out, for
answering and releasing calls, and for other call handling tasks.
Speed-dial buttonsProvides unlimited programmable buttons for placing
calls and monitoring phone status for speed-dial lines. Tabs provide for
grouping speed-dial lines.
Directory viewProvides a line status record for every line appearance in the
Cisco CallManager cluster. Searchable by last name, first name, extension,
and department. Uses the same line status indicators.
Headset capabilityUses the same headset requirements of the Cisco IP
phones.
Drag and drop operationProvides quick call management by dragging the
call to the directory number for transferring the call.
Keyboard shortcutsUsed as an alternative to mouse operations.
