SNMP Configuration Menu Descriptions
Selection Description
SNMP Private
Community Name
The community name for read/write SNMP access to the device (1-10 character
range; the default name is: “private”).
SNMP Public
Community Name
The community name for read only SNMP access to the device (1-10 character
range; the default name is: “public”).
Trap Destination #1 The IP address of trap destination #1 where SNMP trap messages are forwarded.
Trap Destination #2 The IP address of trap destination #2 where SNMP trap messages are forwarded.
Trap Destination #3 The IP address of trap destination #3 where SNMP trap messages are forwarded.
Trap Destination #4 The IP address of trap destination #4 where SNMP trap messages are forwarded.
Switch Configuration Menu
The Switch Configuration Menu allows you to modify switching-related
configuration parameters. Select b from the Main Menu to view the Switch
Configuration Menu. Figure 3-6 shows the Switch Configuration Menu.
