This menu adjusts general printer settings to suit the way you
prefer to work.

save mode.

CLEARABLE WARNING ON*, JOB PCL: sets a tome to cancel the
display of the recoverable error.
ON = an error displays until the
ONLINE switch is pressed.
JOB = an error displays until the
next job is received.
AUTO CONTINUE ON*, OFF Sets whether to recover the
printer automatically when
“overflow” or an error, including
different paper size or type,
occurs.
MANUAL TIMEOUT 60 SEC*, 30 SEC,
OFF
Sets time to wait for setting
paper in the manual printing. A
job is canceled if paper is not set
within specified time.
WAIT TIMEOUT 40 SEC*, 5 SEC,
300 SEC, OFF
Sets time to wait for setting
paper in the manual tray. A job
is canceled if paper is not set
within a specified time.
LOW TONER CONTINUE*,
STOP
Sets whether to continue
printing when TONER LOW is
displayed. When STOP is
selected, the printer goes offline
until ONLINE is pressed.
JAM RECOVERY ON*, OFF Sets whether to start to print
with a jammed page after a
paper jam.
ERROR REPORT OFF*, ON Sets whether to print an error
report when internal errors
occur.
