6. Insert a sheet of paper between the edge guides until it meets
resistance. Make sure you adjust the edge guides to match the
width of your paper. After a few seconds, the printer feeds the
paper to the loading position and begins printing the self test.
Note:
Always close the printer cover before printing. The printer stops
printing when the cover is open.
7. To stop the self test temporarily, press the
Pause
button.
8. To end the self test, press the
Pause
button, then turn off the
printer. Here is part of a typical self test:
