Enterprise M5000 servers can be mounted in PCR2 Rack versions
with 1100 mm depth.
If the mounting kits do NOT fit to the required rack, please order additional kits
separately. For more details refer to the Product Facts: PrimeCenter Rack-
Design Guide and Configuration PrimeCenter Rack.
To integrate a server or I/O-Box into a Rack by Factory additional Order
numbers are mandatory (see chapter “Rack integration order numbers”)!
Safety Attention:
To mount an M5000 server into a rack you have to take notice for the rules
which are described in the “Installation Guide” for Form factor models.
M5000 System Base Unit is only allowed to be mounted up to Rack height
unit 27 (lowest system height unit)
Up to 3 x M5000 serves in a common Rack are allowed!

®
Enterprise Servers in other 19" racks than PCR2 is supported only, if „the
PRIMEPOWER - Rack Installation Guidelines for PRIMEPOWER systems“ are fulfilled.
