a. AWRE (automatic write reallocation enabled)
"1": An "automatic alternate block allocation processing" operation is
specified during execution of a write operation.
"0": An "automatic alternate block allocation processing" operation is
prohibited during execution of a write operation.

b. ARRE (automatic read reallocation enable)
