monitoring of the switch through SNMP, but also protect the network through its security
features of port-security, SNMP3, VLAN etc. The redundant feature through STP, RSTP
and S-ring, LLL also allow to configure and control the switch as a fault tolerant device
or self-healing in a ring topology applications
The NEBS and ETSI compliant Magnum 6K16, rack mountable, and specially
designed to support the popular DC options of (24VDC, -48VDC. AND 125VDC) as
well as AC input, easily qualify and make a popular and reliable contender for the
carrier-class Telco and factory-floor applications.
The rich-choice of modules in various flavors of all fiber connectors, multi or
single mode, combo of copper and fiber, and a diversification option to select 10Mb fiber
or 100Mb copper or 1000Mb copper/Fiber are some of the primary benefits, which allow
the Magnum 6K16 to fulfill all the demands and requirements of carrier-class, office and
factory-floor applications.
The Relay contacts for external “ALARM” is another additional feature which allow the
Magnum 6K16 to monitor the internal power failure and controlled via hardware or
software traps.
