machine, the call will be disconnected.
• If no one answers when you page the fax machine, press once again

Transferring a call from the fax machine to the cordless
handset
1 During the call, press on the
fax machine.
2 The cordless handset makes a special
ringing sound.
3 The other person presses any key (except ) on the cordless
handset to answer.
4 Tell the person who answers that you are transferring the call, and then
replace the fax machine’s handset.
• Note that if you replace the handset before the other person answers on the
cordless handset, the call will be disconnected.
• If no one answers when you page the cordless handset, press
once again to return to the initial caller.
