Telephone support during the warranty period
Telephone support with an HP agent is offered through the HP Customer Care Center.
During the warranty, you pay for the long distance phone call, but you won't be kept on
hold for an extended period. That's because 95% of our calls are connected in fewer than
three minutes. In an industry known for keeping customers waiting, we're proud of our
quick response time. And because we connect you with a service technician who specializes
in working with the HP CapShare appliance, most problems are solved in a single call.
Although you pay for the long distance call, during the warranty, HP provides free
technical telephone support from an HP customer service representative at the Customer
