5.2 Calling the Hitachi Data Systems Technical Support Center
If you need to call the Hitachi Data Systems Technical Support Center, be sure to provide as
much information about the problem as possible. Include the circumstances surrounding the
error or failure, the 9900V Remote Console configuration information saved in the floppy
diskette(s) by the FD Dump Tool, the exact content of any messages displayed on the
Remote Console, and the severity levels and reference codes displayed on the Status tab of
