Allows user to assign an IRQ for the 1st PCI slot. Options: Auto,3,4,5,7,9,10,11,12,14,15

n PCI 2 IRQ Assignment
Allows user to assign an IRQ for the 2nd PCI slot. Options: Auto,3,4,5,7,9,10,11,12,14,15
