Off = the rate control is disabled.

High = the port is high priority port.
Low = the port is low priority port.
Disable = port-based priority is disabled.
Port Security : Display the port security setting (SA MAC learning)
On = security on and SA MAC address learning is stopped
Off = port security off and performs normal MAC address learning
