28 - PC3500TX Terminal Installation & User’s Guide
Problem: Terminal does not accept New Day ( F2 key ) entries through the keypad.
Reason
: The New Day function key ( F2 ) has not been enabled in the Terminal
Manager software.
Solution: Open the PC3500TX’s Terminal Properties in Terminal Manager
• Select the Advanced tab
• Check the “Allow Start New Day Registration” box
• Click OK to save the changes
• Update the terminal with the changes
