This configuration is used when connecting two standard USB ports on the host to the standard USB port
and USB power
port on the drive.
Refer to the figure below during installation.
1. Turn on your computer.
2. Plug the standard USB connectors 3, 4 into the USB port of your computer.
3. Using the USB cable, insert the cable plugs1, 2 into the USB connectors of the drive.
Note:
Be sure that you connect cable plug 2into the USB connector of the drive last.
