6. Release and remove the separator plate spring [3] from the right
side frame.
7. Remove the paper separator screw [4] from above the slider
cam.
8. Remove the two carrier plate screws [5]fromtherightside
frame. One is behind the slider cam.
9. Loosen several turns but do not remove the support shaft screw
[6] and the two platen screws.
10. Wiggle the right side frame and pull it about 2 mm to the right.
11. Flex the front of the side frame outward slightly to free the right
end of the paper separator [7].
12. Remove the paper separator.
