ITEM SETTING FUNCTION
Password OK Use this setting to activate or deactivate the password lock.
Cinema Mode Auto / Off Select Auto to automatically activate the film mode when the input
video signal is a video signal from a film.
Video Signal 8 options Select Auto to automatically set the appropriate video format in
relative to the input signal. If projected images aren’t displayed
correctly, select a desired video format manually.
WXGA Off / Auto / 1280 x 768 /
1280 x 768RB / 1280 x 800 /
1360 x 768 / 1366 x 768
Select the appropriate format when the input signal is a WXGA
video signal and the Auto mode does not display images properly.
Select Off when the input signal is other than a WXGA video signal.
Set Up Auto Select this setting to automatically change the Set Up mode.
Off Select this setting to lower the density of black. Use this setting
when images are dark.
3.75%/7.50% Select this setting to increase the density of black.

Image Capture OK Use to capture the screen for the splash screen. (See page 46.)
Splash Screen Original Displays the original image for the splash screen when the projector
is powered on.
User
Displays the image captured for the splash screen when the
projector is powered on.
Off
Displays no splash screen when the projector is powered on.
Back Color
Blue / Black
Displays blue or black background while no signal is inputted.
Image Original
Displays the original image for the splash screen while no signal is
inputted.
Image User
Displays the image captured for the splash screen while no signal is
inputted.
AV Mute Mode Black Displays black background when the AV MUTE button is pressed.
Image Original
Displays the original image for the splash screen when the AV MUTE
button is pressed.
Image User
Displays the image captured for the splash screen when the AV
MUTE button is pressed.
Closed Caption Off Does not display captions.

Displays captions.
