firmware and allows you to reset the card. You may have a look at
Figure 6-36 for an example.
The data file for support allows you to download the ASMI module data file with specific support
information. This is an XML file with specifically customized support information like the serial number
etc. You may send us this information together with a support request: it will help us to locate and solve
your reported problem faster.
