Enter the number of the receiving
machine by pressing the numeric
keys.
• If a pause is required between any
of the digits to access a special
service or an outside line, press the
REDIAL key (two seconds per
pause). The pause will appear as a
hyphen. Several pauses can be
entered in a row.

Check the display. If the number of
the receiving machine shown is
correct, press the START key.
• If it is not correct, press the STOP
key to backspace and clear one
digit at a time, and then re-enter the
correct digit(s).
Searching for an auto-dial number
If you don’t remember the Rapid Key or Speed Dial number in which
you have programmed a particular fax number, you can search for the
number by following the steps below. Once you have found the
number, you can dial it and transmit the loaded document by simply
pressing the START key.
Note: Only names programmed for auto-dial numbers will appear when
you search; the full numbers themselves will not appear. You cannot
search for a number if a name has not been associated with it.
