IGMP Query Commands
This section describes commands used to configure Layer 2 IGMP query
on the switch.
ip igmp snooping querier
This command enables the switch as an IGMP querier. Use the no form to
disable it.

[no] ip igmp snooping querier

Command Usage
• IGMP snooping querier is not supported for IGMPv3 snooping (see
ip igmp snooping version, page 33-4).
• If enabled, the switch will serve as querier if elected. The querier is
responsible for asking hosts if they want to receive multicast traffic.
