Insert the charged battery pack in the direction of the arrow until
the pack clicks into place, then close the cover.

Place AIBO on the floor as shown below.
Note
Be sure to place AIBO on the floor as shown above. This will prevent AIBO from
moving unexpectedly and being damaged when you press and release the pause
button to start AIBO.
Press on the
center of the
battery pack.
If the cover came off,
attach it in the
direction shown.
