To remove a memory module
1
Follow the steps 1 to 5 of "To install a memory module".

Touch a metal object (such as the connector panel on the back of your computer) to
discharge static electricity.

Remove the memory module.
4
Follow steps 7 to 9 of "To install a memory module".
1 Pull the tabs in the direction of the arrows. The memory module is released.
2 Pull the memory module in the direction of the arrow.
