The online help files that accompany your pre-installed software contain
instructions on using the software.
VAIO-Link: if you have any problem with your computer, you can access the
VAIO-Link web site (see your Customer Service Guide for addresses). Before
contacting VAIO-Link, try to solve the problem by reading your User Guide
(troubleshooting chapter) or the manuals and helpfiles for the peripherals or
software.
The Sony e-mail support service answers your questions by electronic mail. Just
send your question in an e-mail message and a Customer Service Analyst will
send you a reply with the answer.
