Why won't my i.LINK drive play my computer programs?
If multiple i.LINK

devices are connected to the computer, the software supplied with your computer will not recognize
them. Follow these steps:
1.
Turn off your computer and all connected devices.
2.
Disconnect the devices that are not in use.
