To check if the 1.8” or 2.5” SSD is defective or malfunctioning, follow the troubleshooting
procedures below as instructed.
Procedure 1 Test Program Check
Procedure 2 Connector Check and Replacement Check
CAUTION: The contents of the SSD will be erased when the SSD diagnostic test is
executed. Save the required contents of the SSD to floppy disks or other storage drive in
advance.
