Removing Your Modem
If you ever want to remove your USB faxmodem, follow these steps:

Windows 98SE/Me/2000 users:
From the desktop, go to
Start | Settings | Control Panel
and double-click
Add/Remove Programs
. Delete your USB modem. Follow
the onscreen instructions and click
Finish
.
Windows XP users:
From the desktop, go to
Start | Control
Panel
and double-click
Add/Remove Programs
. Delete
your USB modem. Follow the onscreen instructions and
click
Finish
.

Modem Properties
or
Phone and Modem Options
dialog box will appear. Select the modem you want to unin-
stall and click
Remove
.

Shut down your computer and unplug your modem.
