Troubleshooting
The table below provides corrective action for possible trouble situations. If further
assistance is required, please contact a Crestron customer service representative.

From SIMPL Windows, select
Tools |
Network Analyzer
and perform voltage level
tests on the troubled network unit. Refer to
the SIMPL Windows help file for details.
If the overload LED
(OVRLD) for one or
more channels
illuminates, the power
drawn per channel
exceeds 75 watts.
Remove excessive load and press the
channel RESET button.
* Track Temp_Warning (digital output signal) from the C2N-SPWS300 symbol. This signal returns to its low
state (0) after the internal temperature decreases or the load is reduced. The user may not know this action
took place, unless this signal is latched (i.e., D Flip Flop) in SIMPL Windows. Therefore, the high state (1)
can be retained for troubleshooting purposes.
