↑↑↓↓=Move Highlight Bar, →→←←=Change Setting, Esc=Exit
Press ↑↑ and ↓↓ to move the highlight bar; press →→
and ←← to change the setting of the highlighted
parameter. To exit this screen and return to the
main screen, press Esc.

and suggested parameter settings.
